About the Villa
A superb 2 bedroom holiday villa. High quality fixtures and fittings with designer finishes. Large garden and pool area with great views to the coast. Coral Bay is the place to stay in Paphos! The villa is set in a quiet area yet under a 15 minute walk to the popular beaches, shops restaurants and bars of Coral Bay.
Coral Bay is also a great base from which to explore this wonderful region of Cyprus.
Ground floor
The lounge area is a wonderful place to relax after a hard day sunbathing by the pool and provides seating for four people. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player. The lounge has patio doors to the front and rear offering views of the gardens and access to the swimming pool.
An archway leads to the hallway with W.C and separates from the family dining kitchen. The open plan kitchen / dining area is furnished to a superb standard with granite work surfaces and Bosh appliaces. The large family room features a beautiful granite dining table, comfortably seating four people.
The kitchen has patio doors leading directly out to a large sun terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining and BBQ.
First floor
The beautifully furnished double bedroom and one twin room are situated on the first floor. Each of the bedrooms has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a balcony with panoramic sea views.
There are en-suite facilities to the twin room.
A stunning family bathroom is also located on the first floor.
In Summary, this is a superb villa, in a unique location and is highly recommended.

The Paphos District
Paphos is situated on the South West coast of the island and according to legend the birth place of the Greek Goddess of Love Aphrodite and is a World Heritage site. The old town of Paphos (Pano Paphos) is slightly elevated with its quirky narrow streets and market from which there is a glorious view of the coastal tourist area known as Kato Paphos.
Kato Paphos is home to the old harbour, the Byzantine Castle, Tombs of the Kings, St Pauls Pillar to mention a few of the historical attractions as well as several restaurants, bars and clubs, beaches and the Aphrodite Water Park.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
Coral Bay has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable in Cyprus hosting many restaurants, bars and entertainment nights.
The rugged coast line of Coral Bay and its natural rock caves makes it an ideal snorkelling location yet it also boasts the best beach on the West Coast namely the Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay.
The Paphos Bird and Animal Park is within a 5 minute drive as is a Horse Riding Stables. The Akamas National Park is a 10 minute drive away where there is a protected turtle beach and visitor centre - 4 wheel drive recommended.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Paphos.
The main bus terminal is situated close by at Corallia Beach. The bus service runs through Coral Bay and onto Kato Paphos, main tourist area and Harbour.
On arrival at the Villa you will be met by our Property Management Company in Cyprus and they will see that you are settled into the Villa and give a brief overview of the Villa, local area and Cyprus.
Although a car is not neccessary for your holiday it will enhance your holiday.
